Weekly Contact Improvisation in Denver

Come Play With Us!

Contact improvisation is a partner dance built on shared weight, rolling points of contact, and listening through touch. There are no set steps. Dances emerge in the moment, from a quiet drift on the floor to rolling, lifting, and flying.

The Denver Contact Jam is a community-led practice space, not a class or a performance. Experienced dancers, curious beginners, and anyone who wants to move are all welcome.

A first visit is simple: come in comfortable clothes you can move in, join the opening warm-up, and take part at whatever pace feels right. Sitting and watching is always welcome.

We meet every Monday of the year from 6PM to 8PM

Price: Pay what you can $10 - $20. All proceeds will help maintain the building we use. We believe in accessibility. Contribute what you’re able, but no one is turned away.
